SpecialtyRx is an innovative, full-service pharmacy who partners with subacute and long-term care facilities throughout the United States, transforming drug care by facilitating the complete medication dispensing process.
The Regional Marketing Coordinator supports marketing, communications and business development efforts across multiple regions. As an extension of the Corporate Marketing team, this role partners closely with Regional Leadership, Operations, and Human Resources to strengthen the SpecialtyRx brand, reinforce company culture, ensure consistency across all locations, and support strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires regular travel to company locations to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate events, gather content, support new pharmacy openings, and ensure the company's brand, messaging, and culture are consistently reflected throughout the organization
Hours: Full Time ~ Hybrid ~ 1st Shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned regions to support marketing and business development activities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring branding, messaging, and visual standards are consistently represented across all assigned locations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of regional locations to ensure marketing materials, signage, and branded assets remain current and aligned with company standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage educational webinars and virtual events for healthcare facility partners, working with internal subject matter experts and external presenters.
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing to maintain a consistent regional presence across all digital communication channels.
- Assist with the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Human Resources and Regional Leadership to reinforce company culture, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding across assigned locations.
- Support new opening locations and other regional initiatives.
- Coordinate promotional materials and marketing supplies for regional events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic marketing or design software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
